When you select the appropriate web site, this is the initial page  which should appear.

The very first time - and ONLY the first time - you go to the web site, the system will prompt you to download the "Oracle JInitiator".  Depending on the speed of your modem (or other connection to the web), this process should take just a few minutes.  On subsequent "trips" to the web site, this green screen will inform you that a "Java applet" is downloading.   

If the "applet" loads correctly, the Logon screen should appear next:

Supply the requested information.  If you do not have a Username and Password for this system, submit OSF Form 90 to the Office of State Finance ("OSF").

When you first receive your Username from OSF, enter it in BOTH the Username field and TWICE (no spaces) in the Password field.  Later in these instructions, you will see how you may change to your own password.

The entry for the "Database" field is "BRP" (not case sensitive).
